Not much blood considering a lot of what you kill is weird tree people. I honestly never notice it. It's not like bloodborne where that sh*t is showering everywhere.
Extradimensional horrors.... Also known as furry fey creatures, aboriginals, swampy plant people, necrons, and tree people none of which are very scary.

I mean, there is the occasional bandits and guard dogs in a specific Earth dungeon, but then it's not Bloodborne level of spraying guts and glory either. I think there is some decapitation and impalement when you're in a QTE with certain enemies such as that one Root enemy with the sickles.
There is assuming you actually take a look down at the quickly disappearing body before it disappear within the second of dying
Most people wont notice it since the corpse disappear so fast.
