How do you get this mf to kneel down? I've literally been nearly killing him and Ive been shooting him in the feet this whole time. The most he does is just stagger a bit then run away and repeat that process.

Nevermind, apparently you had to quite literally shoot him in the right knee cap and only there, the leg or foot just didnt do it.

This is a really inconsistent mechanic. When he staggers, you have to stay close to him in order to bait him into attacking you instead of running away. Sometimes you can even go through the whole fight without fighting any adds.

I have only fought him when going for the alternate kill in a multiplayer game with people who had done it before, but from what I heard them saying is if you shoot him anywhere else as well, it resets the damage threshold to cause the next stagger.
