DEVAN.u make a perfect old-school school shooter VR game! COMPOUND is best one in it! (i played retro shooter VR games like Shock Troops and so on,but all of them still not perfect as yours!) i bought game on Quest Store(and beaten the final boss ;) ) and bought new one on Steam to support u BEVAN! keep it up! new game or new content ;3 (btw,any news about ur new game?hows the dev process?)

I'm working on a new game that will scratch the same itch as compound, but I'm confident it will be better in every way. It's coming along well now, so hopefully I'll have something playable this year, def. a free demo but hopefully early access, too. I did secretly show a very early screenshot of it on the discord if you'd like to have a look. I'll be posting more content there until it's a bit more polished and then I'll start showing it more publicly.

Yep, VR of course! Not so much traditional 'sci-fi' and more 'urban casettepunk' so very slightly sci-fi but also kinda 80s/90s. The urban areas are heavily overgrown so a sort of 'beautiful apocalypse' vibe in there as well. You'll see!

Also no idea on dates; whenever I think it's ready. I don't and have never had a publisher forcing me to rush something when it's not ready so it'll release when it's right. That being said, I'll probably release super early prototypes for playtesting soon semi-privately on the discord and when most of the early alpha jank is gone I'll transition to a more public test.

You did an outstanding job with compound, which is the one of the most, maybe the most enjoyable game in VR. I'll follow the discord, be sure I'll be a very happy to pay again for your next game!
