How to open packs?

I'm assuming you have to own the game and open them in the game? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, you need to open the game and go into the "invnetory" and then pick a pack and open.

If you do not want to do that, you can search the Steam market for already opened items too.

Hello, Items drop every 48 hours, click on play and you will have your item, then come back to the menu, wait 20 minutes without closing the game, and restart on play you will have your item. 3 times every 48 hours. I hope this helps, good game!

You don't have to wait 20m, only about as long as the icon of the item disappears from the screen which is about 10 seconds, and then you can get another item and be done in less than a minute.
