Is this a failure state?
Should I have brought some of the gems from the sequence to her first instead of letting them be used?

Even after completing everything, she's asking for new gems, in the prehistory lost sanctum.

No, not the middle ages lost sanctum that wants the luminite shard and gives you the Agis armor.

I can only guess that she wanted to be shown the prismshard, saint stone AND Waystone, and I skipped her at one point?

What reward did this lose me?

I HAD to have shown her the prism stone or I'd not have been able to place it in prehistory.
I got the dragon claw for robo, so I know I showed her the saint stone.
I've got the waystone now, because I can produce light, but she still acts like this isn't what she wanted to know?

What went wrong that she seems to be in a failure state with quest incomplete, even after everything is done?

Edit 1: Looks like I can't pickup the saint stone now that I have the waystone.
Edit 2: Looks like the Lumicite Shard that I farmed for is NOT what she wants.
(and yes, this is the second one I got, first one became armor)

Well....here is a hint...have you picked up the a gem in a different age that could be the same one you already have? You need to get the same gem twice...but hmmm...how can you when there is only one? Well, since you can time travel..maybe get the same gem twice...but not in same era? That is your answer.

If this is after that part, perhaps you should explore dark areas with the gem that produces light? At least until you find something..

... notice that I already HAVE the waystone, and thus am locked out of picking UP the saintstone again.

So yes, I already placed the prism stone, time traveled, picked it up, went back in time, placed a second one, caused the reaction, and got the waystone.

As I said, I HAVE the dragon claw, so I did show this copy of the waystone to her.
It's also impossible to place the prismstone without talking to her and accepting the quest.

So... what does your answer have to do with anything I typed?

The text she has at the START of her quest is about wanting to see rare stones.
I'm talking about a failure state at the END of ALL the quests where she's still asking to see MORE stones then she was shown.
And I can't figure out where I missed the chance to show her one.

To make it absolutely clear:

"Thank you so much! The village is saved. I, um...I don't suppose you've found any new gems?"

This is NOT the one that gives you the Aegis Armor, she is not interested in the luminus shard, I farmed another to check.

So... I honestly can't figure out what step accidently got skipped that she's in a failure state, even though I've got both locations to the end state.
