If it was released with the same care that has been shown to this game (post updates), I'd put down money day one.

I wouldn't mind seeing Soul Blazer and Terranigma as well, even though the plot/setting links between them range from tenuous to nonexistent. Illusion of Gaia is definitely the one to do if they can only do one, though.

Id be all for those games as long as square doesnt "enhance" them.

I'm guessing Chrono Trigger only had a problem because they used a mobile port to start. A game like Gaia I imagine they would have to put the effort in from the start to make it work on PC.

I suspect that the developers started in the mobile space and were then forced to learn PC stuff on-the-fly. The pattern of issues is almost exactly the opposite of what I'd expect from a PC developer struggling with a mobile code base.

Illusion of Gaia is the game of my life! One of my top favourites, my most nostalgic and one I return to constantly. I organized a group playthrough on Gamefaqs years ago which we still continue to this day.

So would i..i had to end up buying the reproduction verison of terranigma for my snes, and it works fine..still they made the screws on the back plastic so i won't be able to change the battery when it dies..sigh.
