Any tips for Chimney Sweeper and Beach Please achievements?

I've managed to get every achievement aside from these two.

How do you get Truly open space? does it have to be a specific job? I tried to demolish all possible walls in azure shore But didn't get the achievement. Does it have to be on a purchased house? or am I missing something?

I got it in the job Uninvited Guests. I didn't even destroy ALL the walls, just enough of them I guess.

The last achievement I needed was "Truly open space". I got that in the "Uninvited guests" house, and indeed...I didn't have to destroy ALL the walls, but absolutely most of them. The bathroom was the only room left intact.

I did get a couple of screenshots but not sure how I can post them here. Never done it before.

I purchased and moved my office but no achievement for Beach Please. Also have not gotten either Oliver/Greta achievements nor the Possibilities one. I have redone 3 different jobs (after completing them all) and chose the alternative choices for all of them yet no achievements.

I got both the Greta and All Possibilities by choosing all of her suggestions in the house that has the huge kitchen - boy gamer room - pink girl room, etc. (sorry can't recall name of the job right now) It was the second time I did that job - The first time I got the Oliver achievement by choosing his suggestions for the gamer room.

I think it's more about the number of time instead of one specific

I got the Greta achievement by doing her choices in a 3-decision house. It doesn't matter which house you pick. I think its between 3 and 5 choices in a row. So if you do 2 houses (or the same house twice), and only choose to follow one of them, it should count. And of course repeat it for the other.

For me, I needed 4 or 5 choices in a row for it to count for Oliver but for Greta it activated right away after just three so I guess it is something between 3-5 choices indeed.

The One which surprised me more was All possibilities. I thought I had to do all possible choices in all jobs, but While I was replaying Azure Shore(and failing that time to get Truely Open Space) I choose Greta options this time(the first I choose Oliver's) and the achievement unlocked there. I got confused on how that works exactly, to be honest.

Its definitely this! I got the achievement for one of them on the very first house since I preferred those suggestions, so it doesn't have to be more than two choices. You just have to pick all of what they suggest on one job.

I have replayed the HGTV jobs several times trying to get Oliver and Greta's achievements, selecting all from one each house and still haven't been able to get these to pop for me.

You have to choose all choices for one of them in a house with at least three choices. then go back and choose all choices for the other one in the same house. 100% Achievement guide explains all this and how to get all the other achievements as well. No matter how stupid some of the methods sound to get the various achievements, they all work as advertised.

They never show up as buyers. If you're asking for the "Greta's touch" & Oliver's way" achievements: there's other stuff you must do to get them. If you don't want to guess, you might look at this guide:

Late to the party but for Oliver/Greta's Achis: you need to choose their option three times in a mission. There's this job, Water Horizon, that shows up after you've done a couple of the DLC's missions. Start it, pick all of Oliver's options (two in the first floor, one upstairs as soon as you sell some furniture on the first room). That should pop Oliver's. Restart the mission, pick all of Greta's options. That should pop Greta's and also the All the Possibilities one if you don't have it
