Why can you not revisit old houses you flipped?

Look, I understand that, in a narrative sense, it wouldn't make sense, but I can't be the only one who wishes they could go back to a house they already flipped and sold, and/or re-buy the house, or a new version of the house, which is just the house before you flipped it, but the flipped version of the house also still exist. I feel like it really dampens replay value and kinda makes me not want to flip and sell the houses like I'm supposed to, because honestly, why put so much work into making something look nice, if it's straight up not gonna matter? With the email jobs, and the weird TV jobs, you can go back, and re-do everything if you want to, but for the other houses which you get to choose the design of, you don't get to do that at all. Which sucks. It just makes me want to horde the houses and never sell them. Like, why would I want to sell something that I spent hours, or days on, simply to never be able to see it again? Doesn't help that the screenshots the game takes for photos of the house are honestly most the time, quite terrible. I know it would probably take up a good bit of data, or might even be very hard to do that, but honestly, I think allowing the player to have the option to come back and see the fruits of their labor would be great. That's just my opinion however.

Once you've sold all the houses once you're allowed to buy any house an unlimited number of times. The default photos do suck, but you can take your own with the camera app on your in game tablet or via drone if you have the farming DLC. I agree it's sad that we can't revisit post-flip houses, but that's the way it is

Once you've done an email job once, you can buy, fix, and sell that house one time. Then once you have done EVERY job, and sold ALL the houses one time...only then can you buy and sell whatever you want freely. I think they should change this and let people buy, flip and sell any house they've unlocked whenever they want to.

Definitely get the Game Over achievement (which is what you get for doing all houses) before you get more DLC. Each DLC you have adds its houses to the requirements of that achievement.
