Who Should I Sell To?

I bought the 'House That is Hiding Something', the one with the Starry Night painting and I want to try and sell it to someone, I've tried getting Trusk to go for it, I even sectioned off a bit of the main room and turned it into an office but as soon as I put a bed, the cheapest single or double, he's instantly overshadowed by the family of five. Am I wasting my time trying to sell it to him or should I sell to someone else?

It doesn't really matter who you sell to, unless you are trying to go for an achievement. If you Are going for an achievement, and find putting in a bed gets him further down the list, just don't bother with the bed - after all, you are not selling to real people.

Open your tablet and have a lok at the buyers stats its at the bottom of the window.
After a few sales their prsonalities needs and desires are listed for us to work on a house exclusive for one of them.
You'll learn about this when selling houses for achievements.

Wiki for HF has all the details if you wish to look them. I just sold the warehouse to him delux dlc and he likes a painting on the wall in his office. Makes him feel like a boss lol

For Dolan Trusk, he only wants one bathroom, one bedroom and one office (although he won't say no to a kitchen and likes a hall leading from the front door to his office). He also wants every room except the office and the hall leading to his office to be decorated as cheaply as possibly. For the office and hall, however... go all out. The more expensive stuff in his office, the happier he'll be. The goal to reach for that is for him to comment that he 'feels like a boss' because of how expensive his office is. Also, try to use all of the house for the rooms he wants. Knock down walls, change the floor plan. If you only use part of the house, the other buyers will be more interested. If there's only one bedroom and no other rooms that could be more bedrooms, the Jonson family should back down.

I am not selling it to Dolan Trusk. Go for other targets, if you are trying to sell Dolan you would be better not flipping the houses at all
