"Video driver has run out of dedicated video memory" and "Could not write crash dump" Problems
I've been having this problem during the whole duration of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game and I have no idea on how to fix it. At first I thought it was an issue with the mods (Kaibz mod and the intro skip) but even after removing both and verifying the game files, it STILL happens when I try to play Gunslinger Joe's DLC. Haven't tested in main game, but I'll assume it does the same. I've also lowered down ALL graphical settings to their bare minimum aside from resolution remaining at 2k. Everything else is on the lowest possible settings. My specs are: Ryz 7 2700x, RTX 2070 and 16GB RAM @ 3200 MHz, I should NOT have any issues running this game at high or even ultra for that matter.

Another issue i've been having is random crashes with error message "Could not write crash dump". Again, no clue on how to fix this damn issue, can somebody please help

A few things i've tried
-checked GPU drivers (they're up to date 556.36)
-disabled steam overlay
-deleted the .local file

i cant help you with the crashing but from what i can remember the game just allocates itself a strangely low amount of VRAM and constantly complains that it's run out, it could possibly be the cause of your crashing issues but from what little of the game ive played ive not seen any crashes (even though i have seen the "video driver has run out of dedicated video memory" message a lot)

unless it's the VRAM issue causing the crashes (it could be but again, i dont have a basis for that claim) it's safe enough to just ignore it

Turn your Texture cache setting down. id Tech handles the texture setting very differently compared to most engines; every setting uses the same quality of textures, but the cache setting determines how much of your VRAM can be allotted to texture data. Uber uses up a crapload of your VRAM so even at 1440p you're almost certainly gonna be running out of it. Turn the cache setting down to High.

Inb4 "y VRAM usage so unoptimize lay-zee devs" The fact that you can even turn the setting down at *all* is the optimization. Ultra/Max =/= default settings. PS4 Pro ran this game at medium.

The best part is that is says that you can accept and mute further warnings. Then you accept and get further warnings...over and over. Never had it crash, though. I just ignore them.

I've got a 4080 ultra with 16GB of VRAM and constantly get the warning despite not even using a quarter of my resources. Muting it solved the problem.
