this is THE single hardest game i have EVER played

so i'm on normal difficulty and i'm at the point where i'm fighting the two huge robots on top of the metal roof thing and i'm so nearly at my breaking point...the difficulty spike at the end of this game is absolutely and utterly ludicrous...i've spent at least 20 attempts on every single fight...what the actual f is going on here?????????

Have you tried upgrading your grenades for electromagnetic effect? Should help with robotic enemies.

no but i actually beat the game finally, i found the little charge station for the kraft gun thing, but god almighty what a massive hurdle the last fourth of this game was lol

In the Fergus timeline (and I'm sure it's possible to do the same in another timeline), it actually takes two shots to kill both robots.
You hide, charge the LaserKraftWerk to full power, take an aimed shot at the robot head. The robot explodes. Repeat the same for the second robot.
The whole battle from getting on the roof to defeating these two robots lasted maybe 2 minutes.
