Safe Mode.

Could someone tell me please about the choice of options at the beginning of the game?
I have played this many times before but also many years ago and now I am being asked to make a choice of how to play.

Never seen this before......What is Safe Mode and why would we need it?

The safe mode option on Steam games allows users to run the game in its most basic, stripped-down version. In this mode, users can troubleshoot the game for things like a constant drop in FPS, failure to load, lag, screen tearing, etc, by going through its settings. Safe Mode launches the game with all possible graphical and performance settings set to the minimum. It allows players who are at or just above minimum specs to successfully get into the game. If your computer exceeds the minimum specs, there’s no reason to ever launch in Safe Mode. There is also a “Launch in Safe Mode” option for players who have a start-up crash related to their graphic card.

Ah, thank you. My PC is pretty high rated and am having absolutely no problems with anything. Good to know and just could not remember this from games played many years ago. Runs great on the first setting.
