A Priori your game does not work well on your PC with your setup. This is one of the best FPS released in recent years whether it is at the graphical level of gameplay in a fiction that relies on a uchronia. However, I conceive that you are angry if your PC does not allow to make it work properly.
Come off it man. Have you tried looking for a fix?
I had huge horrible mouse lag, totally unplayable for a FPS. Checked for solutions & didn't find any. Tried windowed, full screen no help.
Quit the game, ready to request a refund, and just happened to see a post about vertical sync. Turned that off, and now mouse is way more responsive. It's at least playable.
How in the world did you screw that up?
Good news is it seems like an interesting addition to the line, and at $12 (70% off), why not?
