DLC Freedom Chronicles not purchasable for international version.
I can only purchase Freedom Chronicles for the german version of the game on Steam. Is it possible to activate the DLC through an international key for the international version or will this just activate the german censored Freedom Chronicles instead?

I would like to know this too.
It's strange, because it's not really presented like you can, but you CAN buy it in theory.
Just confused, does someone know?

I didn't try using an external keysite, so i can't answer. But i highly doubt that buying the DLC for the German version on Steam will automatically unlock it for the international version too.

I ended up not buying it during the sale, because it was just so unclear if it would work or not. Shame, 'cause I like the series and playing through the DLCs would've been nice -.-

You shouldn't buy it on Steam anyway, since it's very likely that it gets activated on the German version only. I was talking about byuing an international key from a keyseller site, which COULD work. Right now, the cheapest seller has it for 6€

Hast du die DLCs denn schon gespielt? Sind sie es wert?

Nein, mir ist das Risiko zu hoch und ich bin jetzt nicht so scharf darauf den DLC zu spielen, da die Reviews ja eher davon abraten... Aber wenn man mehr von Wolfenstein haben möchte, ist man mit Freedom Chronicles scheinbar immer noch besser beraten, als mit Youngblood. Da ich aber auch genügend andere Sachen zum zocken habe, will ich lieber warten, bis das jemand ausprobiert und bestätigt, dass es funktioniert. Ich bin auch derzeit etwas knapp bei Kasse, also wäre es schade, wenn ich 6€ umsonst ausgeben würde.

Ich denke, dann werde ich auch warten, bis ich genaueres rausfinde. Youngblood hab ich mir mal geholt, aber noch nicht installiert, bis ich einen Kumpel gefunden habe, der das mit mir zocken würde :)

Price of this dlc is outrageous.
It's 5 years old now ,should be no more than 50 pence each.
Digital downloads were supposed to be cheaper for gamers.
I would have seen this whole game and other game dvd's in a second-hand shop for approx. 4 quid a few years ago.
Now we have hundreds of games kept with artificially high prices .
We're being treated like mugs.

Yeah, I really have a hard time understanding why the Season Pass is handled the way it is.
There is no reason to region-restrict its contents - the International version of the main game was not indexed in Germany, so why would the DLCs be?

Also, why are there still two Season Passes (International 650410 and German 650524) around, shouldn't they be merged into one app, containing the DLCs for both the International and German versions?

Like, what - I can play the base game with all the National-Socialist references in it just fine, but for the DLCs my fragile and fascism-receptive mind all of a sudden needs to be protected from them? /s

This doesn't make any effing sense at all.
