Getting all of the collectables after beating the story
After finishing all of the core story missions, is it possible for me to collect all of the collectables? Can I find them in Ubercommando missions, or would there be some I just couldn't get?

I'd like to do some collectable hunting but I seriously wouldn't want to start the whole game over just for that.

yes
visit every district on the war map and you can find all missing collectables
none are missable
also..there are collectables in Eva's Hammer as well

And, any readable you missed in the opening missions that you can't revisit... they will appear laying around the OSS room on the Eva's Hammer.

where or what is the OSS Room?
do you mean the room with the war map and killing board?
