Horizontal lines and flickering when using AA

Hey Guys,

Having a strange issue with the game. I'm running a 5700xt, I'm getting horizontal lines a flickering, especially in dark areas. It almost looks like an old TV effect, for a while I thought it was a filter applied by the game but it's not.

I've tried messing with all the settings, the only thing that fixes is turning anti-aliasing off or going into windowed mode. Switching to FXAA or SMAA helps but they don't do a lot, as soon as you turn on any mode with 1tx in it the lines come back.

Going into windows mode works too but then you get the window title bar up top which is annoying.

Are there any known fixes for ths?

Try adjusting the game’s screen res to one both the gpu and monitor can handle. Sometimes your GPU can handle better redo than your monitor or does so at a different refresh rate than the monitor (I.e. 50Hz vs. 60 Hz). Windows TRIES to limit you these days, but I run Linux, so those modes are sometimes available to me.
