Is this game as good as Doom Eternal?

Just finished Doom Eternal and the DLC on Nightmare, is this game as good ?

Haven't played Doom Eternal yet, so I'm basing this off of Doom 2016, but even though BJ is a badarse he's not quite the same kind of slayer as the doomguy... and on harder difficulties this game is brutally difficult as everyone and their dog is a crackshot that can headshot you from a mile out... which for the first half of the game is rather problematic as BJ has 'health issues' so only has a 50% HP bar to begin with.
I really like the Wolfenstein reboot, but I don't think they're FPshooters in the same style as the Doom series is.

I have Doom 2016 and I think Wolfenstein is more story driven and you don't get waves of NPC's like you get in Doom. Its a fun game and I like the gun play with many options open to the player on how they tackle the levels.

I think this game lacks the flow of Doom 2016, havent played Eternal yet. The game at the beginning is very difficult (for me anyway) couple of exchanges with the enemy and it lights out. The constant restarting/reloading of your save brakes the flow of the game for me as I have to resort to saving the game every couple of minutes to make decent progress.

Regarding this game vs Doom 2016 I totally agree with this point and also add that Doom 2016 is more polished generally. Not played Eternal though.

This game is ok though, once you're past the first couple of levels.

My main problems with it are the lack of ability to replay the main story mission levels and the ridiculous amount of fog/ blur.

this is from someone who's played this game, doom eternal and doom 2016.
the game's ok and all, not worth 30$ maybe worth on a sale. its main flaws is being 6-8 hours long and when i bought the game i made the mistake of thinking it'd be really similar to doom and it's honestly not. i find the combat pretty boring.

doom 2016 is much better than fortniteeternal, new order is much better then colossus. IMHO

both doom 2016 and doom eternal are on a whole other level of entertainment than what this crappy game is

I paid 6 euros for the new colossus and i still feel ripped off, this game has nothing, the action is dull, the story is so bad it feels like it was written by an unpaid intern that got beaten if they even came close to writing something coherent and entertaining and the graphics are literally a downgrade from TNO, the graphics are so bad that you feel like youre playing on a xbox 360 *cough* because the game was optimized for console *cough*
The entire game is wrapped in fog that makes it impossible to see anything

I paid 20 euros for doom 2016 and i feel like i ripped off bethesda for paying that little for that good of a game

If you buy WS: the new colossus thinking youre gonna get an equally as entertaining game as doom 2016 and eternal then you will get pissed off at how badly you were scammed

TLDR: Doom eternal is a game that you hope wont end because youre having fun, wolfenstein: the new colossus is a game that cant end fast enough
