How do you get the PS4 controller to work? Even when mine is plugged in, it refuses to work.

afaik it won't work wired, you'd need a PS4 USB wireless bluetooth adapter. They're like $20.

Otherwise make sure you have PS4 controller support enabled in your Steam's Controller settings.
