Is there a way to replay missions so I can upgrade all my weapon perks?
I have finished the game but not all of my weapons are fully upgraded, how can I get to upgrade them so I can have a better chance carrying out contracts on the commanders?

When you do Uberkommandant Missions via the Enigma machine you revisit the same areas and collect any missing upgrades, readables, gold etc.

Did you collect all the upgrades on the sub? There's three to be collected.
