Stuck in New Orleans Roundhouse

I can't break the wall at the roundhouse. Apparently, you need the Ram Shackles, which I don't have (I have the battle walker) and every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ walkthrough I google always has the damn Ram Shackles. So how do I get past this with the Battle Walker?

Then you need to come back when you have the ram shackles.

I need the battle walker to get over the wall in New Orleans? where can I get it?

Depending on what you picked.

If you picked the constrictor harness you crawl under the big gate.

If you picked the Ramshackle you run thru the wall to the left of the gate.

If its the battle walkers you climb over. They can be found on Venus when doing the Transporthalle Commander mission.
