I had the same issue initially. In my case I caused the issue due to the way I have to manually update multiple machines. Slow internet where I live, trying to download > 6GB in a reasonable time is nigh impossible.

In my case, I caused the issue by pausing the 3gb update on one machine, and the next day manually copying the fully updated game folder and .acf file from another machine without clearing out the download folder. Doing that confused Steam, and caused it clear out the [Wolfenstein.II.The.New.Colossus\dlc\dlc2] folder.

Regardless of how or why you got that message, I'd guess that folder has nothing in it. It should be roughly 3.54GB in size.

I had this problem as well and it turned out to be a side effect of running the Beta. Unsubscribing from the Beta fixed this for me.

hmm, what if you try a new install, just the dlc of corse. if its pending that is not so easy, but if you delete some folders, a new install for dlc should be possible. is steam still downloading files for the game, or has it stopped? You could also try an check of the wolf 2 file integrety, then steam will dl the files that are missing or damaged...

Same here. I am runiing on Wondows 10. Purchased the DLC about 1/2 hour ago. No indication in Steam that anything is downloading. I can run Episode 0. Do I have to complete episode 0 to unlock the DLC? How to download the 3 DLC's???
