Super-useful! I can read, you know.
Problem is, I've installed the latest version & performed everything else that can be done to get it working.
I'm not alone, either - there's a skit-ton of us for which this game will not start. Telling them their "libraries are obsolete" or "they need a new PC" or whatever else goes for lame-trolling these days just doesn't cut the mustard - this demo is b0rked.

Anyway, no matter. I've uninstalled the demo & Bethesda have lost a sale. Slightly miffed, as I enjoyed the previous Wolfenstein games - but I do have over 2000 others to choose from, & that's on this client alone...

Well, if you are actually trying to assist, & I misunderstood your post, then I apologise. Googling "obsolete vulkan library" isn't particularly helpful (my google-fu is above-par) & utilising other, similar search terms are just as futile.

If you're knowledgeable on the subject of vulkan, then how about being a little less cryptic & giving me a better clue to the answer.

No troubleshooting can start without knowing your system specs.

Go to steam -> click on help up there -> system information -> cut and paste it here.

Nah. The sheer breadth of users having this (& other) problem(s) means, pretty-much, that posting my specs ain't gonna do a damn thing. Suffice to say I far surpass the minspec reqs.

I simply won't buy this game...

First thing to try - full DDU driver wipe and fresh install. Both AMD and nVidia driver packages fail to properly install/update Vulkan libraries with basically every version.

Please also provide system specs if that doesn't work.

Would help if, since the OP ended up buying the game, they came back with any steps they took to get it working.
