I cant get into papa joes. Got the Battle Walker contraption, and got up tp the roof, but font know where to go from there. Anyone know where to go from there?

Near the door you have a vent. You need to have constrictor to get in, otherwise break the window, but this will alarm the soldiers.

Go to the right side and activate the walker. There's an air conditioning unit hanging off the building that you can climb onto, then you can get onto the roof. From there you can find a yellow floor grate to jump up and slam through. Same with the first gas station, although you have to first walk into some bins to reach the ac unit.
