Weapon Upgrade Bug. Help required.

The stats show my game is 100% but I am missing a weapon upgrade. The achievement hasn't unlocked.

What happened? Can I not get this achievement now? :( Please look into this developers I hope you see this. I would like my achievement.

P.S: I won't be doing the Mein Leban achievement. Very cruel to have put this as an achievement in the game. You didn't do it for Doom. Not pleased about that.

That guide only shows 17. My stats show that I have 100% but for some reason I only have 20 upgrades. I followed a guide and got the rest of the collectibles. Anyhow, I'm done with this game. Not going to fight it if it's going to bug out. I know I got 100%. On to the next game. All well.

But if you read the comments in that video you'll see they are 21 total upgrades

There's almost 400 collectibles. I missed one; stats say otherwise. Unfortunately the game doesn't tell you where the collectible you're missing is. I have no idea what weapon upgrade i'm missing. Only remember a few I definitely picked up. Rest are a blur.

Really dissapointing end to the game for me as i've moved on to another game now. Sucks I missed the achievement.
