Wall problem in part 10

Hello everybody. I can`t brake the wall in part 10 Ghetto. I try to run against the wall but nothing happen? How I can brake the wall?

Do you have the RAM SHACKLES Contraption ?
If not you can't.If you have the CONSTRICTOR HARNESS you can pass under the gate.

No, I have not Ram Shackles Contraption. How I can get it in the middele of game?

You can't get it now.You can find it though in ubercommander mission in New Orleans (Bienville Street)
