#str_online_connection_error_03. Tried all "fixes" Game still will not work.

So today during the Area 52 mission I died and upon trying to load back up I got the error mentioned in the title. Tried all of my save files. All 3 manual saves, 2 autosaves, and 1 quicksave all give the same error. And if i try to load up a different one after getting this error the game crashes with a crash dump.

The fixes state to :
1) Delete the local config file. Done. Did NOT fix.
2) Run as admin. Done. Did NOT fix.
3) Verify files. Done. Did NOT fix.
4) Run in safe mode. Done. Did NOT fix.
5) Restart PC after doing all of the above. Done. Did NOT fix.
6) Disabled overclock. Did NOT fix.

I deleted and reinstalled the game. Any time I die on a NEW game it gives me the error (did this twice).

I have a feeling this error is stemming from their always online piracy detection crap. And the fact that it has happened on multiple platforms helps that theory.

Im running on an I7 4820k, 16 Gigs of DDR3, EVGA 1080ti (up to date drivers), 64 bit Windows 10. With 200 gigs of space left remaning on my HDD.
