How to start with Episode ZERO?

Sorry if this topic has been brought up before but I bought Wolf2 with the season pass and all extra content and I can't seem to see where to start EPISODE ZERO at? My vault is greyed out... I've googled it and received no straight answers... it was even given if you preordered it which I did plus I paid $80.00 for the game to get all the DLC. If someone would be kind to tell me how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. When I started the game it even said EP0 was unlocked however I can't enter the vault, it's not in extras or anywhere else I could find. First level I am able to play is the episode you are on a wheelchair. No other choices are given. Thank You in advance...

episode zero is in the uboat in game look for a console with chair once you get to that point.

you need to progress to Chapter 2 (Manhattan level)to unlock the vault

In the above message it states, "Playable from Main Menu" - I cannot find it anywhere , and clicked "New Game" thinking it might be hiding under there. Don't really want to play all of Chapter 1 again ...

there are 3 progression slots, the Vault will only be unlocked in the slot that you have progressed to Chapter 2. If you start a new game in a new slot you will have reach chapter 2 again

It's under "SAS Machine".
