Can you stealth the first part of this level? (spoilers)

I'm on Venus after you gain control of BJ and I can't see a way stealth works here. I can clear out the first room easily but its the second one with the hallway that seems impossible. A heavy patrols the hallway and they're impossible to stealth kill, but there are also soldiers watching both halls you can enter so the heavy will find the body. More importantly, in the next room a heavy is staring at the entrance to the room and there isn't any way around him.

I was hoping to stealth this level, but it seems like I have to go loud?

In theory yes. You have to learn the pattern of the guards and in some cases you only have a small window. I've only done two parts in stealth so far.... What? I like to repaint the walls blood red.

It is tempting to shoot up nazis in a new world, but as soon as you are spotted they relocate Hitler. I like the idea of catching him by surprise.

Well you miss out on the joy of watching him run around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to escape before you reach him. And when you reach him look him in the eyes while you pull out the knife you're going to use on him. That's your choice though...

Huge necro, im shovelin deep, but: yes you can do stealth. Just did it. After checking it out in web, if it's possible to stealth it, and seeing a conclusion that it's not i decided to try anyway. And key is to NOT kill anyone. Patrolling super soldiers eventually find bodies and put everyone on alert and if they do, if you walk into science rooms, they will insta spot you. But if you DONT kill anyone, you can sneak past this level without alarm being sound.
