and the only way I could've beaten Heroic Difficulty for "Shadow Warrior", was using a sword mod that someone had created (the link to it which has since been deleted)
Doesnt cheating defeat the object of getting the achievent though. Surely the whole point is earning it even if it is border line insane.

well being that the courtyard fight on Chapter-16 is a big "f*ck you" with enemies attacking you from all sides (even other players complained about the same thing), I'd rather do it with some bit of help
This game has absolutely no checkpoints and it has to be done on the highest difficulty. If they either put the difficulty to normal ('bring it on' or lower) OR put a checkpoint at the beginning of each level, I would be able to do it
same here. even the Ultra-Nightmare setting for "DOOM" gives you some bit of leeway, as completing a chapter saves your progress.
