[spoilers] Collectibles/Sidequests Question

Are there any collectibles and/or side missions that *must* be completed at some point before the end of the game? My understanding is we can keep playing after the main storyline ends (I'm not sure how far along I am but I just came back from my second time in manhattan, which takes place just after getting my new body).

My concern is I want to try for 100% completion but I also would prefer to focus on the main story line missions.

I do believe so, yes. because I had watched a collectibles walkthrough on YouTube not too long ago, and the guy who made the video does say that new areas in previously visited maps open up.

well i know that going after oberkommandants as a side mission lets you get to collectibles you can't normally get to in areas you had already been, but does that mean the rest of the area is available as well? in other words i'm trying to see if any of the collectibles have a "point of no return".

The only missables are the documents but dosnt count for the 100%.
