Can't 100% the collectibles ?!?

I finished the game, I visited almost all the districts already, some collectibles (like concept cards) are completely full (no white squares) but the counter says 47/50 found. Same for gold, I have 2 white squares but it's like 3 missing golds. I mean it doesn't add up, what am I missing? Is there a secret mission that unlocks when you have all the death cards?

There is another assassination mission after you kill all the other guys, I believe.

Complete all the uber commanders after you complete the game to collect the final items from a secret mission.

Well i just finished collecting everything in game but last secret mission and game crashed and corrupted my file so i have to start a new game.

I really doubt it, since you didn't unlock the "starting a collection" achievement.

Its probably bugged, because I dont have it either but Im missing only few gold and conept arts...

At the moment you can't get 100% collectibles. The Concept Art 24 found in Roswell District (during the story or post story) is not counted after you pick it up, and you end up having 49 out of 50 Concept Arts collected.
I'm currently waiting for this issue to be fixed so that I can get my last achievement (Art Aficionado).

They broke this with the last patch on the one before that. When the game launched they all worked.

dont 100% collectibles, its a colossal waste of time, stick to challenging achievements like finishing game on mein leben difficulty, finding collectibles is as simple as hitting hint button while playing ubercommander mission and following the damn waypoint.

I have the same problem, all concept are marked but it is still 47/50. I have killed all Ubercommanders and have 16 deathcards. I have finished this game a few months ago but cant remember a secret mission. How to replay the secret mission?

Some of the collectables are easily missed. There are three concept Arts to be found in Riverside if memory serves me.
