crashing after dog gets killed

jesus you guys I can only go through that scene so many times to test if any of these changes had any effect, so far every version of the radeon driver I have installed still goes to a black screen after the dog gets shot. Also the first time I continue a game there is no sound, I have to load a game after that to get the sound to work. Compy way above specs for game

I've messed with all the settings going from Uber to low quality, it doesn't seem to make any difference

use DDU to remove all old drivers, reinstall latest. turn off culling if you have nvidia, try with and without async compute.

yeh well he definitely wants to use DDU to remove drivers before installing new ones, previous peopelk with same issue report this fixes it :D

This might sound funny but try not shooting the dog. You can aim to the right of it and pull the trigger. Might get you past the scene. But if it's crashing when trying to load the next cut scene then do as others have said use ddu and install latest drivers.

So basically, an uninstall then reinstall will fix? Because thats what im doing to game rn

I believe the developers wrote in the FAQ that when this issue happens it can be resolved by returning the game for a refund.
