Fix for mouse sensitivity not saving
For anyone encountering this bug, I just wanted to share what worked for me:

Instead of adjusting the sensitivity through the menu, or using the m_sensitivity cvar in the console, use the console to change the cvars "m_yaw" and "m_pitch" instead, which IS persisting across sessions for me.

Here is the formula to figure out what they should be set to, assuming the default m_sensitivity of 3 (shows as 13 in the menu):

m_yaw = 360 / inches / 3 / dpi

where inches is how many inches of mouse travel you want a 360 to be, and dpi being your current mouse dpi.

Set both cvars to the same value to have the same effect as a standard sensitivity change, or set them to different values if you want to have different X/Y sensitivity.

Thanks for the suggestions. So these settings will persist after a game restart? There is an annoying bug where after you bring up the console the Windows cursos appears and does not disappear and makes it annoying while playing.

Yes, they do for me.

Also regarding the cursor bug, try using Alt-Enter to go windowed and again to go back to fullscreen while the console is still open, and now when you close it the mouse cursor should hopefully not appear. The trick is you have to cycle back to fullscreen while the console is still open.

I did this and my mouse stopped working in game, I cannot move my visual, how do I revert what I have done?

The commands should be entered like this, just for example:

m_yaw 0.022
m_pitch 0.022

What I posted in the comment you quoted is the formula to determine what value to use (based on default mouse sensitivity as set by the in-game menu), not literally what you should enter. I suspect you may have set your m_yaw and pitch to "=" by mistake?

Well I messed up the game and my mouse wont work, I will have to re install and loose all my progress... unless you know any way to clear older commands ?
It also says under the command inserted: "WARNING: Archived CVar 'm_whatever' in production mode..

Just issue the commands again, use what I posted above as a starting point:

m_yaw 0.022
m_pitch 0.022

That's weird, you might have some other problem then. In any case you can try deleting the settings file (as opposed to losing your save game progress)

Find this file and delete it:

Wolfenstein II The New ColossusConfig.cfg
