[Spoiler] The villains aren't as good as they were in The New Order.
Just finished the game, including Enigma missions because I was excepting an additional ending...since the "ending" this time really leaves something to be desired. A hatchet in Engel's face is not nearly as powerful as the whole back-and-forth between BJ and Deathshead, no matter how much effort you put in that rallying speech by the end.

And that's one of the things that makes TNC feels like a weaker entry than TNO. The villains are weaker. This Engel is not the same Engel in TNO, whose manipulative lunacy was established beautifully with the train scene. And she had a character arc in TNO, too - BJ stole Set Roth from under her nose and crushed her jaw, she came down and torched Kreisaw Circle, then BJ butchered her boytoy live on camera. It set up a rivalry between the two. In TNC her entire arc is "harhar BJ u weak so I kill ur friend then kill ur other friend and cut off ur head". What makes the matter worse, after the events of TNO she should be fuming at the mere notion of BJ's name, but in TNC before she cuts off BJ's head she suddenly gets the hot for him? WTF?? That honestly ruined her character for me as well as the entire execution cutscene.

And let's not even talk about Hitler...in TNO you had Deathshead as the main villain, whose moral compass was completely absent and was fully absorbed in his self-righteousness till the very last moment. Yet in TNC you made Hitler a complete loon?? A meme of himself that resembles more of Vass from Far Cry 3 than, I dunno, one of the greatest evils in history?? Man I'm really disappointed, I can't even find an evil from TNC that makes the villains feel threatening (TNO has plenty). It's as if they spent all their time on writing cheesy scenes for BJ's allies, and while some of them are good - I particularly like Sigrun's arc - the drama is largely gone due to weaker villains. On that regard I'm very disappointed by TNC.

I must admit i enjoyed the Hilter part. Found it quite amusing.

The whole game itself isnt as good i feel. Too many dark levels and not enough level variation. The enemies themselves were very bland and often merged with the darkness of the levels making it very frustrating to see who is shooting at you. The story was beyond batsh** for the sake being batsh**. It doesnt feel like a Wolfenstein game to me at times. A Wolfenstein game should retain some part of WW2 era tech and asthetics. This doesnt have that. TNO and TOB were much better games imo
the Hitler part was pretty funny, as you get insta-killed if you kick him in the face.

but for the loony part, you're not too far off. I say this, is because AHC (American Heroes Channel) had shown documentaries on the real Adolf Hitler, and how he was often taking narcotics during his tenure as the Nazi dictator.

I think the point of the hitler role was to show him going insane and senile with age. Don't forget there is a 17 year gap brought up in the story

I think in real life he was rumored to have syphilis, so it makes sense that had he survived, he would be so far gone at that stage.
