Is there shotgun ammo and laser recharge in the shooting range?

I see ammo for all the other weapons but not those two.

I know there's a laser recharge in the hangar, but I haven't seen one in the shooting range area. And nothing for shotgun ammo other than one shotgun on the wall which only gives me 20 which is a drop in the bucket for a badass shotbro like me.
