Cannot find final weapon upgrade?

I've collected all, but one, weapon upgrades and I have no idea where to find the last one. I've collected every upgrade from the Uberkommandants and the ones on Evas Hammer, but I still have one left and I have no idea where it is. Anyone have any ideas? Could it have been in a compaign mission that I cannot return to?

I'm in the same U-Boat as you on this. Done all Oberkommanders, and made sure that them map says I've found them all in the districts, but, there are 3 Kits that aren't accounted for in those districts, There are 21 total (7 weapons * 3 kits), thats 18 in the re-visitable districsts, 1 in Evas Hammer in the shooting range, 1 I don't remember where I found, and 1 that I can't find.

Are you sure you haven't already found three on Evas Hammer? Because there should be three there. One in the shooting range, one nearby that requires you use one of the contraptions to get to and another in the kill house. I've gotten all of them and all of the Uberkommandant upgrades are lit up on the war map.

So you have them all now? All unlocked, now you have that achievement? Odd, because I don't know what I'm missing...
