They used to be saved right there in the game installation folder. And they still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ should be.
Microsoft thinks they're geniuses because you can copy a few folders and then you have roaming access to your configurations and stuff.
The pain in the ass this causes for trillions of people is not worth the fake convenient it affords the seven people who actually do this.
And if you actually try to do this, you'll find that you actually need to copy over a dozen other things along with it. It's by no means convenient as they intended.
