Ram shackles problem
Every time I pick the ram shackles and Roth tells you to run through wall nothing happens. I run through wall and he just stands there doing nothing. I can’t advance at all.

I made the same mistake, you need to climb up to the ledge just above you.

Im embarrassed at how many times I reloaded that save because I didn't see the damn ladder.
