Kill Klaus Klinger mission

OK so I've finished the main story / game, and im just finishing off the last few kommanders. Im doing the "Kill klaus klinger" mission, and I had a lot of difficulty reaching him as there is a crate in the way (see screenshot).

I actually managed to shoot the guy through a gap in the crate, but I needed to access the area to pickup the kommanders death card - I have no idea how to get past this darned crate!

Figured it out...slightly behind this crate on the right side, looking at the crate, there is a small opening on the corner of the wall and the floor...crouch and crawl through that and follow the vent way...you'll get in that way
