It is very graphic, loud and completely unexpected.

There's only one, that isn't graphic. (Sat down clothes on). And there is some nudity later on, as a character removes their jacket and top, I think it's meant to be because it's on fire, but it hapens pretty quickly.

The one scene is short and the character's involved are clothed. Nothing even remotely resembling porn. Sex is certainly a non-issue in this game.
