Missable weapon upgrade kits?

Hi, does anyone know if any of the weapon upgrade kits are missable? I've done all the Oberkommander assassinations, and have found all the kits that show in the war map, but I'm one short still.

bro. what is "the guide"
there are tens of guides, using critical thinking you would come to the conclusion that there would be inconsistencies between each guide. I do not wish to misinform people. I have been playing through mein leben and i can tell you there are not two in the penthouse, otherwise that would be in the route... there are 21 total, and 21 upgrades to unlock (3 for each weapon, 7 in total) when you finish the game with every collectible found, you have all upgrades and none left. if you can tell me where all 23 upgrades are then go for it, provide proof.

I am pushing back on this because you are unable to provide evidence for your argument...

the main guide here on steam
there are dozens elsewhere that will show you the odd chests out
one .. is in the penthouse
you have the game
look
and enjoy

my point is that there isn't and it is frustrating me that you continue to insist that there are 23 upgrade kits. I respectfully disagree as I have played through all the maps multiple times and have only found a total of 21 (using multiple different guides as not all of them are perfect) There simply are not... I do not belive that you have a save file with 2 extra upgrade kits .
