What is the god key? (Spoilers.)

So I finished the entire game (Wyatt timeline) and not once did we figure out what the god key was except for one wyatt mumbled "Is that a door knob" I expected more out the thing but got nothing.

So did anyone find out via side missions? Or is it probably a set up for one of the DLC (or possibly a third game, but I doubt it as it seemed pretty clear that this game was the end.)

There's a room on Venus that's decked out with stuff from Bermuda Triangle.
I assume the next game is going to involve that -

The Nazis wouls rather see the whole word destroyed than loose power so the time travel idea is a good one, stop them from getting the advanced tech in the first place.

Isn't it the case that the marine in the Doom series is supposed to be the son (grandson?) of BJ? I'm wondering if the god key isn't the tool used to open up the gateway that lets the monsters from Doom into our dimension. Possible crossover?
