theres a lot of discussion among historians that hitler was hardly the pragmatic genius certain people (cough cough) think him to be, and that he was just the charismatic leader. He gave good speeches, good enough to make a whole country think fascism was a good idea (ignoring the little help he had from the secret police making sure everyone agreed it was on pain of death)
plus isnt this set in like the 1960s? 20 years on from 1940 no doubt anyone whod been leader of the 'free' world that long would look a bit tired
Hitler was an idiot for not letting his subordinates steamroll Moscow. Instead he kept on being stubborn to try and take Stalingrad first, as if measuring his ♥♥♥♥ to Stalin's was a priority in the war.
