Game freezes after every cutscene

Does anyone else have the same problem? After the end of every cutscene the game just freezes. The only thing I can do then is exit the game (alt+ctrl+del) and then either the autosave will be done after the cutscene, either I just skip the cutscene and the game plays fine.

I've got this as well.
I can't progress beyond a certain scene now also :(

Its a complete game blocker.

everytime you try to save it freezes this game needed some work.

if you have nvidia try to install drivers hotfix 388.10 .....had the same problem and so far no other freezes after this hotfix

Currently I have version 388.0

I'm getting the same issue with AMD and I've got the latest driver. I'm getting royally pissed off with the game now, having crashed five times on the same cutscene. Time for attempt #6

I'm having the same issue during the cutscene where blazkowicz frees the U-Boat. Right when I snap my helmet back on it freezes every time in the exact same spot. Let us know how it works for you. Running on GTX 1080 with updated firmware.

My game freezes about every 30min. Tried updating graphics card and I'm playing on lowest settings... So far nothing works. So I'm guessing it's developers fault?

For some the hotfix driver doesn't work. Game always froze on the second cutscene. Changed my preset graphics to mein leben and game suddenly stopped freezing for about 45 minutes. Then it froze at another cut scene. No idea what the hell the problem is but its most certainly on MachineGames end and not the users.

Hotfix 388.10 didn't work for me but should on Kepler GPUs (I think 600 series?) Crashes in the same spot and can't skip past the cutscene crash either. Nvidia is aware of the issues and will push out a new update next week for the rest. Looks like no Wolfenstein for at least a few more days.

mine is GF980 and it looks like i am one of the lucky ones the hotfix helped (got just one more freeze since then during level ...compared to almost not being able to get to the second level before). hope the new drivers/some patch will make it work for everybody, the game looks fine so far

just another nail in the coffin for buying games at launch, did that lately only with a few games from series i really like and most of the time it was similar story :-(

It's not working after the hotfix either. That's really frustrating... I can't really play the game like that. Not enjoying it at all if I need to close it and reopen it every time a cutscene is playing....

Good news today! The 388.13 driver was just released and fixes the issues with cutscenes (at least on the GTX 1080).

Yup. So far my game hasn't frozen either every 30mins... on the GTX 680

I have the latest drivers for my GTX 1060 3GB, driver 388.13, but this does not fix the csahs after every cutscene for me. I read some articles that it will work on a 1080 only, yet. Just give nvidea a couple more days to fix this bug
