how do i unlock another contraption

i heard that you can get all three contraptions though side missions
but i talked to every crew member, no one give me contraption side quest.

They are in the districts, use enigma codes to unlock districts, battle walker is on venus, transport district

Side mission to get the upgrade is a must have. Upgrade won't allow overcharged health to decrease. Person to meet is in the hallway by the bar or kitchen.

do side missions and eventually there will be 2 seperate npcs at HQ tells u where to get them
