Really Low-Quality Textures?

I'm wondering if this is something that just needs to be patched or something, I'm running everything on high so I don't know why the textures look so horrible. Most of them look really muddy and some even look pixelated such as small details like lettering and stuff. It's wierd because some textures on small things are good and sharp, but most world textures just look aweful like even worse then New Order..

Anyone else noticing this? The game looks very... Fallout 4'ish in quality.

Yep, especially armor on blazko, everything on EXTRA UBER ULTRA settings and game looks worst then New Order!

Could be some bug. In places the textures look really nice, in some places not so. Like it uses low textures for random things, even when it could be higher. Running the game on "Mein leben"

The faces of characters are so blurry it doesn't add up... when some random details in environment (which should be much less important than main character close-ups) are very sharp textured

The dog, in particular, was jarring. It looked terrible. I actually went back and checked my settings.

Yeah well the thing that stood out to me is how the faces were blurry and looked like clay, but then in cutscenes you could see all the little details like pores and moles and stuff... ususally at least in New Order the cutsceens LOOKED like the game so.. yeah. I hope it's a bug because I'm surprised how bad the game looks.

finally, someone else who noticed these bad textures. I cant even play the game because it takes me out of the experience. I first noticed BJ's mom face. The textures were very bad, then I seen the dog and was like oh wow this looks bad. Then when you're talking to Caroline and Anya, I notced they were very bad and then some of them are just blacked out. They really need to fix this. There isn't even any texture options in the settings

something is definitely wrong, the disparities between some textures are incredibly high, for example characters faces are like plastic figurines during gameplay and in some not pre rendered cutscenes. Also some of the environment textures look fantastic, posters, computer screens and so on and others do not, the most thing that stood out for me as horrendous was the water texture and the exploded gas/petrol tank or whatever on that airship right after blazko gets the suit.

Also as many of you noted, the textures on blazko's suit look incrediblly muddy and low res, same goes for textures on guns..At first I thought it's due to the bad implementation of the dof, like it is in The Evil Within 2 for example, but it is not sadly...Hoping to see some ultra hi res texture patch, because the texture work is really not koscher and up to par, heck the old blood and the new order look way, WAAAAAY better than the new collossus in terms of raw texture quality and some of the effects aswell, mind boggling really.

Iam sure they are, and are working on improvements in terms of stability and also for this obvious issue.

me too man, Iam enjoying the game so far, apart from some of the muddy textures, it's lots of fun, not as good as the original though....so far anyway, maybe it'll change.
