First I want to tell that this is an awesome game. I like it a lot!
I have some trouble with some of the achievements though. What do I have to do to get a star on level? I can't figure out if it is time based, or route based, or how few moves you use, or what else... And I can't find the last hat.

Lastly some performance feedback. It seems like a GTX 970 is not good enough. I'm constantly in reprojection and lose frames.

It's the number of moves to get a star; minimum possible.

I have a 980ti and get a little stutter too, so it makes me think it might be Unreal Engine related.

Thank you! Yes, it is the minimum number of moves on the table that allows you to complete the puzzle. Getting all the stars will get you a cool surprise ;)
