i guess they fixed arena since suburbia isnt out yet and a new patch a few minutes ago changed suburbia from "maybe theyll add it later" to "locked"

What could it be?

This seeming exit at the bottom-right of the map does not actually count as an exit, and instead instantly busts you. https://i.imgur.com/fhuXJOQ.png These apartment air conditioning units have missing textures. https://i.imgur.com/vKSePlV.png These food vans have no collision, damage system, or otherwise physics/interactions besides being passed through, even when they would on Sunny Coast. https://i.imgur.com/ne6Lpex.png Various props on the map are invincible to weapons, namely all the various dumpsters...

This spot and some random terrain corners/edges on Devils Plains (especially near the helicopter/stone arch) have instakilled me a few times with 30-40+ health, at various speeds. https://i.imgur.com/fFlp4GL.png

There are five main aspects to this. 1. Turbo is strongest when the turbo bar is full, with seemingly a small "kick" at first. 2. The turbo bar begins regenerating sooner at higher framerates (and is relatively delayed by frame drops, which makes me believe that turbo begins regenerating on the next frame). 3. Turbo in general seems to have a stronger force at higher framerates, which is further compounded during Bullet Time. 4. Turbo activation can be spammed with input macros. 5. Video quality at "Full"...
