Need some advice

Im kinda new on this game (3 weeks playing aprox.), so I will use the forum many times I think. Hope nobody get mad about it (?
Im nearly to get 300cristals, so I wanted to ask to some olds players what should I buy/build first:
1- Corporate Bank of Capitalism LVL 4 (To get more skull values)
2- Arcane Laboratory LVL 4 (To get 1 more crafting slot for ghosts or cubes)
3- Golden Shower of Deathness LVL 4 (To get 20% of my total DPS to Tap Damage)
4- Craft the Xmas Warhammer (x4 DPS)

Or Should I get 500 Diamonds and buy
5- Imitation Orb Shard (2x White Orb Drops)
6- Carl`s Birthday Card (1+ to Portal Levels)
7- Carl`s Toenails (3x DPS per Black Orb)
8- Steve the Xmas Star (-20% Monster Costs)

Extra Info.
At the moment I have:
- Only 30M White Orbs (Can get from 2M to 3M per portal use)
- 3 Black Orbs
-x26.4 DPS from shards (Doing a lot of them)
- x211.2 Skull Values from Shards (Doing a lot of them too)
-Im Stuck at the lvl 1275 aprox

I dont know If im resetting to slow or what, bcause I can get from 2M to 3M White Orbs but It tooks me like 4 hours (Im not all the time on the computer)
Maybe if I do fast reset I can get like 0.5M orbs or something like that

Keep in mind that some of the info may be dated, but in general I believe it to be fairly accurate still as far as a general guide to follow.

Would recommend 5, 6, & 7, but definitely not 8 from your list. -20% monster costs is not going to give you the types of returns some of those other things will. However, I would definitely start with the Hell upgrades outlined in the link I included.

At the end of the day: Play it your way because you'll get so many opinions that it may become confusing.

Rough order I would do the things you listed:

Arcane Lab - If you are playing reasonably actively then this is letting you add more and more items that boost you rather than being just a one off boost.

Imitation Orb Shard - gives you twice as many orbs, and doubles the speed you unlock the x5 dps, x5 skulls (and more x2 white orbs) via the white orb achievements

Carl's Toenails - x9 DPS and improves later as you clear more realms

Bank/Armory - x5 to about x9 DPS or skulls, although as they get more expensive (1000 diamonds) probably do the next couple before returning to the later levels

Xmas Warhammer - x3 DPS

Carl's Birthday Card - +25% or so white orbs currently for you, but every realm you progress this makes less different (+20% when you reach the x5 time portals, +16.667% when you reach x6, and so on)

Golden Shower - +33% to click dps only, not a major boost but it is cheap at least (compared to most things at this point)

Steve the Xmas Star - -20% cost is equivalent to +25% skulls, so it will be a long time before this is the best thing to do with diamonds

Another question, at first, when I reseted in world 3 or 4, It gaves me a lot of Skulls, so I could start in the same world I reseted, but now it didnt give me extras skulls, It was a bug or am I doing something wrong?

It seems to be a bug, happens every now and then when skulls are in flight while you are resetting I think - a common time it happens is after killing wizards in my experience.
