Leah Opportunity?

I'm not sure if i'm overlooking something simple but past the initial and secondary dialogue I cant seem to initiate any kind of opportunity pop up that would lead me to unlocking her achievement?

I've beaten up frank, had her beat me up and talked to the other characters to try unlock any additional dialogue as a response but nothing I do seems to work:

EDIT: To get to Leah's additional dialogue you need to get Derek and Patrick to fight Frank and then when Vickie is testing you in the hot tub tell her you beat up Frank on your own. Leah will talk to you straight away afterwards.

you get derrik and pat to kick his ass, and tell vickie you did it yourself

I have discover a dialogue of Leah if you tell Frank to hit Patrick. I don't know if you discovered that too. Maybe there is a way to open the opportunity.

I found a magazine on the new bin at the kitchen. I don't know yet for what is it for. Maybe it's connected to Leah.

I hadn't noticed that particular Leah interaction I'll check it out thanks. And unless it has a double use the magazine is just for the Patrick/Rachel story arch if you decide to help him.

When trying to win over Rachel read it yourself then talk to Patrick about it before giving it to Rachel.

idk, i give Ashley flower and quest completed and before that it was necessary to learn about drugs from Derek
